Is surgery for penis enlargement safe?

There are a few surgeons who do surgery for penile enlargement. There are basically two types of surgery for penile enlargement.

In one surgery, the surgeon creates an illusion that the penis is longer. The surgeon removes the pubic mound and all the fat at the base of the penis- so now your penis appears longer by a few centimeters. However, if the attachments to the penis base are damaged, you will have a longer penis, but it will never become erect.

In the second type of surgery, the surgeon slices the penis and puts in “fat” obtained from your buttocks or thigh. This will make the penis look wider. This is a painful procedure fraught with severe complications.

I should warn you that the results of these surgeries are horrendous. There have been countless lawsuits against surgeons who do these surgeries. If you have a problem with penis size and are thinking about surgery, I suggest you see a psychiatrist and get started on some Prozac. In most cases, it is the brain that needs treatment, not your penis.

Is there any medication that can increase the size of my penis?

No. there is not. There is nothing that can enlarge the size of your penis except for surgery.  You can masturbate all you want and you all types of suction devices- your penile size will not change. Remember it is not the size that counts, but how you perform in bed.

Women can be satisfied with the tongue and it is a lot smaller than the penis. Do not fall for the hundreds of scams that advertise penis enlargement.

Do I have a small penis? Part 2

So what is the real size of the penis?

Many studies have shown that the average size of a non erect or flaccid penis is about 3-4 inches. When the penis is erect, it averages about 5-6 inches. These numbers apply to 90 percent of men. The only exceptions are African Americans and Blacks from Africa. These individuals have been blessed with an extra 1-2 inches. On the other hand, Orientals usually have a small penis by an average of 1-1.5 inches. Why? - No one knows. When women are asked what they think about size of men’s genitalia- most say they do not care. But ask any men and they would love to have a bigger “dong.”

So can men make their penis bigger? Absolutely not- at least there is no pill, lotion, cream, liquid, pump, or tablet that can help. There is absolutely no evidence that any single item on the market to enlarge the penis works. Just like the weight loss industry, scams and shams are plenty in the sex industry because men are so gullible and desperate for big “dicks.”

While some plastic surgeons claim that they can enlarge the penis, these procedures are extremely risky, fraught with irreversible complications and they cost a fortune.

So men, relax, and stop worrying about this eternal problem. If you want to satisfy a woman sexually, it starts with stimulating what is in-between her ears and not in her undies.

Do I have a small penis? Part 1

Almost every man has at some point asked the question, “Do I have a small penis?” Man in all cultures and races have been fascinated by  size of the penis. Myths of gigantic proportions about penis size started centuries ago and they still continue today.

Small Penis?

Countless surveys have revealed that the majority of men feel they have a small penis. Why men have such a complex about the penis is a great mystery. There is no doubt that with the advent of cyberspace, explosion of pornography and free lifestyle, sex and the genitals are on everyone’s mind. The vast amount of pornography on cyberspace has even got the men who have big "dongs" worried about the size of their genitals. Some men have become so obsessed with their penis size that they feel insecure, become depressed and are afraid to date women. Most men believe that the bigger the “dong”, the better the sexual relationship. The American “SuperSize” philosophy also applies to the genitals.
