Is surgery for penis enlargement safe?

There are a few surgeons who do surgery for penile enlargement. There are basically two types of surgery for penile enlargement.

In one surgery, the surgeon creates an illusion that the penis is longer. The surgeon removes the pubic mound and all the fat at the base of the penis- so now your penis appears longer by a few centimeters. However, if the attachments to the penis base are damaged, you will have a longer penis, but it will never become erect.

In the second type of surgery, the surgeon slices the penis and puts in “fat” obtained from your buttocks or thigh. This will make the penis look wider. This is a painful procedure fraught with severe complications.

I should warn you that the results of these surgeries are horrendous. There have been countless lawsuits against surgeons who do these surgeries. If you have a problem with penis size and are thinking about surgery, I suggest you see a psychiatrist and get started on some Prozac. In most cases, it is the brain that needs treatment, not your penis.
