Dust particles in the eye

Sometimes I see tiny dust particles in my left eye. Is this something serious? I am only 33 years old.
These are called floaters and not dangerous. In most cases, this condition is harmless. In rare cases, the disorder may be associated with retinal detachment and you may have loss of vision. In that  case, an emergent visit to an eye doctor is recommended. However, for floaters which develop in the majority of people, there is nothing to worry about.
